Our little boy is really starting to gain some weight now! We can feel it in our arms! I know he is still small and weighs less than many newborns but to us he is starting to feel heavy. Since I am used to carrying him around all day - half a pound makes a big difference!
I weighed him today while we were at OT and he was 3.82 kg which is 8.4 pounds! That is another 3.5 ounces in 8 days!
He is starting grow out of some of the clothes that he has been wearing for a long time. He is getting a little too long (but not too fat!) for the Carter's Just One Year NB (Newborn) sleep suits (which are warm and snuggly!). Last night, for the first time, we put him in a Circo NB (Newborn) sleep suit. These are very cute but not quite as snuggly. They look really big for him but they fit quite nicely!
We buy almost all of his clothes at Target! They are inexpensive and frequently on sale and we go to Target ALL the TIME! We do have some new clothes that should start fitting him soon that Ali's brother Jay sent us (that his son has already grown out of!) Thanks Jay and Kate!
