Home from surgery and doing very well

Momma and Grandma had a long night last night in the hospital. Once Jac came fully around from his anesthesia he wanted to eat! and eat! and eat! He ate every 2 hours all night - tiring out Momma and Grandma! He then continued to eat all day - 13 times in total for the day! He is near his all time high for feed volume!

We made it home from the hospital with a bit of crying in the car but without much incident and we have settled back in at home. Grandma is currently holding Jac and I am about to take over.

Jac's incisions don't seem to be bothering him too much (he is taking Tylenol every 5 hours) and his bowels seem to be moving a bit better without the hernia causing problems.

I am glad this is over and he can recover and get back to the important business of growing!
