The World of No

We have entered the "World of No" this week!

Nic has discovered the phrase "No, No, No," while shaking his head no. Jac has known "No" for a while but he is really discovering its power this past week! And man can the to two of them put up a fight! It is getting hard to go anywhere!

You ask Jac if he wants to go to the park, "No!" In the car, "No car." In the train, usually his favorite, "No train!" Oh man!

Ask Nic if he will put on a fresh diaper, "No, no, no."

Nic is learning this "No" thing a lot faster with a big brother to watch! It feels like Nic is growing up so much faster than Jac with a "mentor" to teach him how to jump, and run, and say No and play! When Jac was Nic's age he played with all kinds of "baby" toys, and Nic just wants to play with all of the big boys toys like cars and trains, that Jac plays with. It makes a big difference that Jac did not walk until he was 18 months old and Nic has been walking since 12 months! But oh man and my boys growing up quickly!
