Late Christmas Celebration

We had a very nice, very late Christmas celebration today. My Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Lee, Joseph's parents, Joseph's sister and boyfriend and my parents and Jac and I celebrated together.

I cooked late Christmas lunch this morning while my Mom took care of Jac. It was a lot of fun to cook - which I haven't done in quite a while. I am used to cooking these big meals with Joseph but I am proud to report that I did just fine on my own. The sweet potato and onion dish was a particular hit.

We had our traditional gift exchange which was a lot of fun. Jac was not allowed to participate due to the fact that he cannot unwrap a present yet but next year he is going to be in to it!

Joseph's parents got to spend some nice quality time with Jac who is becoming more interactive by the day. He loves to see people. He is very social and looks at everyone. He is happy to be held by anyone and will smile with his whole body if encouraged.



He is sleeping on Grandma right now. The day's activities have worn him out.
