Nic: Happy in the bath

We have started giving Nic baths now that his umbilical cord has fallen off and healed. The first bath Daddy gave him he cried a lot but he has enjoyed them ever since (I think we are now at 4 baths!). We think the first one may have been a bit too warm in terms of the water and we didn't do a good enough job of keeping the parts of him that were out of the water warm. Now that Daddy has adjusted those things he is a happy little camper!

Joseph does the baths in our bath tub, first Nic and then Jac. We are all four in the bathroom during this process. Jac likes to stand by the side of the tub and watch Nic have his bath. As we have mentioned before Jac loves the bath and gets very excited when we get in the bathroom. Prior to this for the last couple of months Joseph has been giving Jac a bath without me - while I get things done around the house (it is amazing how much one can get done in 15 minutes!). But now that we are bathing Nic I am in the bathroom for the first part of the bath. Jac is hilarious because he gets really excited and screams while he watches Nic have his bath. I try not to laugh, because the screams are ear-splitting, but it is really funny.
