So - Jac had not been taking Alimentum very well. I had mentioned the stress that this causing all of us. On Monday we ran out of MM without dairy in it. Now what!
The water here in Boulder that comes out of the faucet does not taste, or smell very good. We double filter it and it still smells a bit suspect, particularly when it is room temperature, or warmer.
It occurred to me, that this phenomenon could be affecting Jac's formula also. The combination of the water (which I believe is safe but still smells a bit suspect) and that all things are more pungent when warmed up. If the problem with the formula was that it was too smelly, then what if Jac ate it when it was cold!
Yeah! Cold formula it is. Straight out of the fridge, or made with a cold bottle of Fiji water (we all have to have our standards!).
Jac takes this cold formula like nobody's business! I have been giving him straight formula all day, nice and cold, and he has been taking it like a champ!
