Hello Jac! (Joseph Alexis Chiu)

We weren't quite ready to name him when he was born; but we have now officially decided his name: Joseph Alexis Chiu (aka JAC or Jack).

He is receiving excellent treatment from the newborn ICU team at Denver Children's Hospital!


In these pictures, he is under a phototherapy light to help combat the jaundice that pretty much common with all preemies. The big purple mask protects his eyes from damage by the super bright light.

    Yeah, he does look like he's on a ski trip, listening to his ipod cradled by an arm band.
