Jac's nurse for tonight mentioned an NPR piece that was on the air a few days ago about the importance of exposing babies to live speech; and that the babies should get 30,000 words a day!
Here's a somewhat related article in the Denver Post about the topic... It seems like good justification for thinking out loud!
