Jac gained another 34 grams today! He is now 1470 grams or 3.24 pounds.
He had a pretty rough day though. He had his DTaP vaccination last night which has caused him to have a very mild fever all day - mostly in the upper 99s - but enough to make him uncomfortable and fussy. I kangarooed him twice today which he really seemed to enjoy and he was calm for most of the time he was on me.
Unfortunately his reflux seems to be getting worse and more upsetting. They have upped his dose of Prevacid to the max but it does not seem to be helping.
Joseph came around 8 pm and from that time on he was up and fussing for most of it. We both held him and rocked him and talked to him. Joseph fed him at midnight and he took 18 ml which was good. After that he seemed to calm down a bit and finally went to sleep. We left and are home now - checking in with his nurse to make sure he is sleeping. If he wakes and up and is incosolable I am going to go back and hold him - and sleep with him in the most uncomfortable recliner know to man or woman.

Taj - In case anyone hasn't told you today, You're AMAZING. Jac is lucky to have you as a mommy. In fact, he's lucky to have Joseph as Daddy, too!
