We're home!

A short drive from the hospital, and we're home!

Soon after we got home, a respiratory technician came to deliver and instruct us on the proper setup and use of Jac's oxygen tanks. We also received the SpO2 monitor which we'll use to spot-check his oxygen intake.

One good piece of advice that he gave us was that we learn baby CPR. We'll be looking into that.

We spent the first several hours home in Jac's room. We fed him, changed him there, and just spent time in the chair with him. It feels great to have him home!

  1. It must be so amazing to have Jac at home after all this time. Congratulations and best of luck! I imagine you can take Baby CPR thru the hospital if not then the Red Cross. Thinking of you. Bought a present for Jac today and just need to know where to send it! Take care. Karen Bristing
