Jac and I went to the pediatrician this morning for a weigh-in. For the previous 40 hours he had been eating only breast milk with no fortification and his doctor wanted to make sure he was still gaining enough weight.
And he did! He gained an ounce and a half! He now weighs 5 pounds and 4 ounces.
He also had his biggest day ever for amount eaten. He ate 485 ml! For those of you more comfortable with ounces that is 16.4 ounces! Wow! Hungry baby!
I am continuing to pump hind milk!
His doctor is hoping by his next appointment in 2 weeks he will break 6 pounds!
