I haven't looked at the numbers to back this up, but it sure seems like Jac's appetite has come back in the last few days; and he's a lot calmer at feedings.
For a while, it seemed like he was simultaneously wanting to eat and afraid to eat.
Last night and this morning, however, he seemed quite happy and eager to take the bottle. He practically smacked his lips opening and closing his mouth, anticipating the bottle, and flung his head forward to catch the nipple when it was close!

you sure have been busy on the internet and sounds like you got some good info. sorry about the dairy and diet coke but Jac sounds much happier and how wonderful to have narrowed down the issue so quickly. we look forward to seeing you after Christmas!
