How to extract milk with your feet

Another title for this post might be - Jac massages Momma while she pumps!

I have started to pump hands free. I use my bra to hold the flanges of the pump and I can type (as I am doing now) while I pump. At this moment Jac is asleep with Daddy but during the day I have been getting by with less and less help since I figured out how to pump this way (again thanks to those internet groups!).

Sometimes Jac will sleep while I am pumping but a lot of times my pumping and his eating coincide. So I feed him while I pump. It seems very ironic but there it is.

While I was feeding him today he was sitting propped on my knees with his feet near my hips and he was kicking me. Not hard - just moving his feet as he ate - and his feet were hitting my breasts - while I was pumping. It felt like he was trying to extract the milk with a little breast massage. I tried to explain to him that he had other ways of extracting the milk but he did not seem to understand ;)
